I put on some weight which makes push ups two times harder. I will focus on that goal. My first aim is passing 20 by losing some weight and doing 2 sets of push ups every weekday.
ready to go from "being able" to do other things to, being able to have a workout routine and other things. Stronger and laughter everyday.
Last week, this! I started doing counter pushups and random pushups here and there. Much proud.
only 15 trying harder to reach 50
this is definitely a daytime activity.
@christinibeenie lol I can see that for trail running however....
My plan for accomplishing this, is to do one pushup, every time I have the opportunity for it. as a daily warmup to keep my arms from getting stiff. Yes, i have plan.
I really don't know my limit on this one. But i am astouundingly laughing and weeping when I get them in the vault.
36 tonight. I had a bit of extra energy so I decided to do a couple more lol.
@hopeslife wow, I soo want to be able to do a push-up. I hardly do one. May I ask, how did you/ what did you do to build up your strength?
@ngodpf Well just start with one then. Then the next day or so, do another. Start from your knees, aka the modified version.
@hopeslife Thank you for your answer
I did 34 last night but they were the ones you do on your knees.
Just did 33 pushups, and it kicked my butt, lol!
@hopeslife Wow! thats impressive! your almost there! keep pushing it up!
@hhannah Yay thanks!
@hopeslife well done, you are doing a great job
I can do one. On a good day.
After saving, it will be sealed for 2 years. Are you sure you wrote everything you want?
Changing the goal title is basically creating or joining another goal. All your activity and media will move to the new goal.
Removing this goal from your done list will delete all it's activity and you will not be associated to this goal anymore. Try edit this entry instead
I truly believe Augustine’s words are true and if you look at history you know it is true. There are many people in the world.
