Got out during lunch for half hour and got a 2.5k power walk done in the rain.
Been getting out on lunch breaks and walking for 25 mins for 2.5 k. Need to get more in and also find a way to get to my gym.
I walked for 6.3 km and 4.5 km this week

Been doing pretty good with this.. Getting back into my groove. Today I struggled to muster the motivation all day.. all sluggish feeling, but I finally dragged myself to the hula hoop lol..

I walked for 5.0 km, 3.9 km and 3.4 km this week.
I walked twice this week, 5.5 km and 4.3 km.
It's as if the fates are against me lol
2 days in of picking back up my workout routine I'm home very sick with food poisoning, or some kind of stomach bug.

@wordsncolor It happens a lot of times, the trick really is to get back to the workout routine as soon as you are feeling fit. You may be feeling week after this bout of sickness, so eat well (carbs are not bad and they really up your mood and energy levels, so have them in good quantities...you can always burn them up in your next workout :-)
Getting back into the swing of things. Yesterday was a 'didn't find my groove' mediocre workout. Today was better. It's really abut the playlist. I need to find a consistent station that plays fast paced, upbeat songs.
@wordsncolor Nice! you can! justo get focused on a specific goal # of abs, #of push ups , lbs lost, etc. I recommend to you Darren Hardy´s Darren Dayli program, it´s a mind and life changer!
