E-mail is convenient but I love stationery too much to give up on letter writing. I used to write quite a bit to friends who lived overseas when I was younger but I really haven't written a letter and sent through the post in a long time!

Long long back I used to write letters. It's been ages. I'd love to write a letter to my mom.Β

You People, Try Postcrossing.com. Its a website which give you random address to send the postcard and after you send a card, you will get a card from some one random. I found out about this site through 43things.com almost 5 years back and i am now a regular postcrosser :)

@charles Postcrossing is nice, I'm just a bit bored with getting the same countries over and over again. Have quit and started up again already so many times because of this. How many postcards have you sent?

@rainbowssparks Yeah thats usual problem. Same countries repeating. but i see the brighter side, at least people are different and they are 'really' different ! so i am happy. i got know about various people and various town, various profession, various life philosophies. I made some real nice friends to whom i have been in touch regularly.
Also, i do private swaps to get cards from those missing countries.
About my stats - I have sent 294 cards and received 299 cards. But these stats are official (you know what official is right). Well about my personal swaps, i stopped counting. I know that i made a big album where i organized all the cards and now there are soo many cards which are yet to be organized. i think when i am organized all the cards, it will make 3 more big albums ! When i have really nothing to do , i visit those albums and am feel proud that i touched so many lives although for few minutes ! but nevertheless, some reasons to be happy :)

You can type any date in plain English like in 3 weeks or next month.
You can also type in recurring due date like every day, every week and every month.
