@hopeslife You should join facebook groups that are related to your blog, then to post your articles in these groups, but your posts should be able to go viral. Most suitable blog niches for this are: Entertainment, Sports, Health, Cars etc. you can also post in reddit.com and other social media. My friend has ~10k daily hits on his blog by doing this.

Managed to mostly do away with the headache I've been having for the past week and a half! Told the people who've been trying to get me to join the LDS church that I do not, in fact, want to join. Something a bit too private to put hhere that everyone would probably think is TMI anyway lol.

This is on my 2018 list but I hope to do it after this year. This week was pretty hard since I was in the hospital with nausea, feaver, headache and extremely low blood pressure. I'm home though, so that's a good thing! The week before I managed to exercise 2 out of the 4 non-holiday weekdays. I had extremely bad headaches after that. I also journaled each day something I definitely missed while in the hospital. I managed to pay both credit card payments on time, yay!

So far, I've exercised twice this week, because Monday was a pretty major holiday, (I'm excluding major holidays like Christmas, NewYears, Thanksgiving etc. I've also wrote in my journals twice this week, and made lists of 10 things twice as well. Unfortunately they're kind of private so I don't want to publish those. I'll be publishing ones I want to share though, and putting the rest in the journal I created for that purpose.

I started journaling a couple days ago and so far haven't skipped. I have several journals I write in. I use JRNL, which gives me the ability to make multiple journals. I just made a food journal, because I can't find a simple site that will just let me put in what I ate without asking for the brand, or how many callories it has etc. Usually those ones are extremely hard for me to use. Mostly because they pull up a list of foods that you have to choose from, and either the list is way too long, or the dropdown doesn't expand correctly, or something stupid like that.

Well the soup we made Friday could definitely be considered vegetarian. We put chicken in it but it definitely isn't necessary. The recipe goes kind of like this. We used a pound of fresh green beans, but you can use as much as your pot will hold or as much as you have room for. 5 zucchini. It does require a lot but you could probably get away with 3-4. Potatoes I can't remember how many lol. A can of diced tomatoes as many as you want. Melissa said we could add a can of tomato soup if I think it needs a bit more of a base which it does. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast. You can probably get away with using 2 or like I said, it's completely unnecessary.
She threw it altogether in about a 7 quart pot and let it simmer for about an hour. It's a recipe that came from someone who had lots of vegetables in his garden and wanted to use up what he had. He has about a 10 quart pot he uses.

Yeah this means I'm going to have to buy healthier things like nuts etc. I have a thing for carrot chips so will get those next time I'm at the store. Will probably pick up some almonds and wallnuts as well. If I really want something sweet, I might pick up a little bag of carob chips to mix with the nuts. Also dried fruit will work for that. I want to do a nuts.com and/or naturebox.com order at some point. Lol I used to order bad things from nuts.com.

TIL: 43T didn't get hacked. They just changed their name without notification to avoid spammers most likely. Also that the state of flow is pretty cool lol I learned this last week just didn't get a chance to document it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flow_(psychology) I've been there before but it takes a lot for me lol. I also learned about and started using https://dailytodo.org a couple days before I started getting really bad headaches.

    Flow (psychology)
In positive psychology, flow, also known as the zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does, and a resulting loss in one's sense of space and time. Named by Mihály Csíkszentmihályi in 1975, the concept has been widely referred to across a variety of fields (and has an especially big recognition in occupational therapy), though the concept has existed for thousands of years under other guises, notably in some Eastern religions. Achieving flow is often colloquially referred to as being in the zone. Flow shares many characteristics with hyperfocus. However, hyperfocus is not always described in a positive light. Some examples include spending "too much" time playing video games or getting side-tracked and pleasurably absorbed by one aspect of an assignment or task to the detriment of the overall assignment. In some cases, hyperfocus can "capture" a person, perhaps causing them to appear unfocused or to start several projects, but...

@hopeslife I have a professor that focuses his research on flow, and interpersonal relationship satisfaction. Long story short; his research shows that when a relationship is feeling stagnant, a good way to jump-start it is to both simultaneously engage in activities that create flow.. EX: Kayaking together. Data found a huge leap in reported relationship satisfaction after the couple did the activity versus prior. It's neat stuff. If I ever went into research it would be in fields that study Flow

I also learned that root canals actually kill teeth, which can be bad for you if you're immune suppressed, which I might be. Not only that but apparently the stuff they put in there to fill the tooth can leak. https://www.orawellness.com/my-dentist-says-i-need-a-root-canal-what-are-my-options/

Apparently, it isn't much less effective to brush without toothpaste, says my dental hygienist. The ones on this question pretty much all say the same thing. https://www.quora.com/How-much-less-effective-is-brushing-your-teeth-without-toothpaste Toothpaste does contain floride though, so I'm going to need to get a rince. She said I could get the regular flavor, or the kid's bubblegum, they both contain the same amount of floride.

I sleep for about 3-4 hours then wake up. I'm usually not ready to go back to sleep right away, so it takes about 30-45 minutes. OK here's one I can actually publish lol. Things I'd be doing if I weren't having headaches every single day right now.

    1. Lots of reading! Books, RSS, etc.

    2. Lots of blogging, and a blog migration.

    3. Exercise. This is extremely hard to do when I have headaches because they completely sap my energy.

    4. Worship, I really enjoy singing along to worship music. If I have a headache and I put music on, I'll probably just end up falling asleep.

    5. Eating a lot more because I'd feel like it. Fortunately I got most of my apitite back today.

    6. Spending more time on Twitter, gab.ai, micro. blog etc.

    7. Going to bed around 9 or 10.

    8. Getting up around 5.

    9. Making tea. I like to let my tea steep for a long time, because I like it strong. If I have a headache I'm very likely to just forget and leave it steeping.

    10. Making coffee. I don't drink coffee all that often, but I do enjoy it once in a while. I've been afraid to make it because I'm afraid I'll make it too strong and I'd throw up or something.

    4. The domain for my Shopify store.
    5. More domains! Because I'm an addict.
    6. Possibly my new phone. Lol if they don't charge me $1000!
    7. A chromebook, because ChromeVox, which is the screen reader for those, is getting to be pretty good, or so I've heard.
    8. Another site off Flippa, hah!
    9. I'll be able to sell a domain on Flippa.
    10. A bluetooth speaker/keyboard for my new phone.

    1. Nature Box! [http://naturebox.com]*

    2. More Kindle books!*

    3. An audible subscription.*

    4. bookshare.org renewal.*

    1. Establish an editorial calendar/posting schedule.
    2. Build the about me page. It was built when I was at the old host, I forgot to export content so I lost it. Lol just did that today after I made my list.
    3. Start a newsletter.
    4. Figure out how to make videos accessibly. As in, what can I use to make them?
    5. Build the affiliate disclosure policy page.
    6. Join affiliate networks.
    7. Set up ads. Try adsense, but also set up a couple of the alternatives.
    8. Install a social sharing plugin.
    9. Create a logo for the blog.
    10. Add Twitter and Facebook widgets.
    11. Generate more post ideas.
    12. Publish some of the lists I make. I just posted the daily habits one a couple hours ago.

    1. Pray every morning and evening.
    2. Make these lists daily!
    3. Read the bible everyday.
    4. Learn something new.
    5. Daily blogging, well at least 6 days a week anyway.
    6. Surrender my life to God each morning.
    7. Go back to drinking coffee daily. There's just something about coffee that says, "I'm ready to start the day!"
    8. Exercise every weekday.
    9. Start bible journaling again.
    10. Read books other than the bible.*
Well tecnically I did this a few days ago so will still have to come up with one for today, but this is a good example.

Well I've started reading the versions I downloaded from Bookshare and the Kindle store. I intend to read a few chapters from each daily.

OK, I've been asked to share links to my blogs, (if that's OK.) I'm moving a couple of them to a new host, (well the move has already taken place,) and I managed to loos the content for one because I forgot to export before leaving, (don't worry, it was only 5 posts!) So here are my personal blog and my linkblog, for now. http://lifes-adventures.me is my personal blog, and http://webgurl.me is the now fairly neglected linkblog! I'll probably post a couple things tonight.

@Queen Purrs Like A Kitten  I will but which one? Lol, I have 4. I'm in the process of moving a couple of them to a different host, so content will be thin. Tell ya what, I'll give you links to my personal blog and my linkblog, then when I get a few more posts on the other ones, I'll share them. If you read my entry on the "Describe my life since the old 43T times goal," I do share a couple of them.

You can type any date in plain English like in 3 weeks or next month.
You can also type in recurring due date like every day, every week and every month.
